Sievedynis provides digital office activity plans designed to help UK workplaces implement structured movement programmes. Our products include session guides, activity calendars, facilitator resources, printable materials, and varying levels of customer support depending on the plan selected. Product descriptions and pricing displayed on the website are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
All activity plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by providing thirty days written notice to contact@sievedynis.world. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to materials until that date.
We may offer complimentary preview access to selected products for a limited period. Preview access is provided at our discretion and does not constitute a subscription. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw preview offers at any time.

This licence does not permit redistribution, resale, or public display of our content outside your organisation.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance in British Pounds Sterling. Payment is due on the subscription start date and on each subsequent monthly anniversary. We accept payment via the methods displayed during the checkout process. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to activity plan materials. All prices quoted on the website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, VAT will be added at the prevailing UK rate.
Sievedynis provides office activity plans and guidance materials for informational and organisational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our products. Activity plans are designed as general workplace wellness resources and should be adapted to your organisation's specific circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sievedynis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant subscription during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our office activity plans are not a substitute for professional occupational health advice. Organisations are responsible for assessing the suitability of activities for their employees and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Participants should be encouraged to exercise personal judgement and modify activities as needed. Sievedynis does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sievedynis, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your conduct of workplace activities based on our materials without appropriate organisational safeguards.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or products if you breach these terms, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, your licence to use activity plan materials ceases immediately, and you must delete all downloaded content.
